If you see this error message under the Blast Ramp Transfer Results panel (See Check Blast Ramp Transfer Results for Errors), we recommend doing the following:

  1. Open the Order and make sure that all required information has been input correctly. Occasionally there are errors revealed when opening the Order that are not displayed on the Orders page.
  2. Check Blast Ramp for any issues preventing the sending of this Order. Most commonly it is due to a pre-existing Order that already has the same Order number.
