When an order is placed on Brandboom, an email is sent to both Buyer and Seller to confirm that the order has been placed and that both parties have agreed to the Terms of Sale included in the order.

It is not possible to disable email notifications for this since both parties should be aware that the order is being placed.

If your buyer has given you permission to place the order on their behalf but insists they do not want to receive Brandboom email notifications, the following workaround is possible:

  • Obtain permission to write and place order for buyer without auto confirmation
  • Replace their email address with a different email address on the order form when it is placed
  • Afterwards, modify the email in this field to their real email and Revise the order
