Occasionally when a large amount of information is included in the Order Report being generated, it can take a long time to load or, in extreme cases, get hung up completely.

In most cases a warning will appear if it is detected that the report will take more than a few minutes to complete, but it may not always be the case.

If you report you are generating does not load successfully, try:

  • Breaking larger reports into smaller individual reports
  • Limiting the report to a smaller set of information (smaller date range, for example)
  • Freeing up resources (processor, memory) on your computer to allow for faster processing

In rare cases, there may be an order which has an issue preventing any reports including it from loading.
