If you click the Export button on the Customers page and don't see a file downloaded, please do the following:

  1. Check your recently downloaded files list in your browser
  2. Check your default downloads folder for your browser

If the file still does not appear anywhere, please contact Support and assist us by providing this information:

  • Login email
  • Browser type and version
  • Device type
  • Screenshot or screen recording of page as it appears when attempting to Export
