To reach out to your Buyer regarding an "Abandoned Cart" order:

  1. Click the word "OPEN" on the Order, under the Order # column
  2. The Order will be opened in a new tab
  3. Click the "Recover Cart" button in the upper right corner
  4. When the prompt appears, you can type in a custom message and click Send to deliver an email to the Buyer

An automated email like the one shown below will be sent to your buyer with the subject line "Complete your open order for [Showroom]".
