If a buyer reports that a share link isn't working, double check with them to make sure that it is correct. Here are some common mistakes:

  • The link was entered incorrectly (extra spaces or characters were copied)
  • The specific Access Code they used is now deleted or invalid. (See this article for information on how to check or change the Access Code status)
  • Presentation was deleted completely on Seller side accidentally
