Disconnect Shippo with BrandBoom

Overview

This article explains how to disconnect your Shippo account from Brandboom. If your Shippo integration is currently active and you wish to disable it, this guide will walk you through the simple disconnection process. Once disconnected, you will no longer be able to create shipping labels via Shippo on your invoices.

How-to

NOTE: Shippo should already be connected to your Brandboom account. Check how to connect your account here.

  1. If Shippo is connected to your Brandboom account, you will see the integration listed on the Settings > Integration page.

  2. Click on the “Disconnect” button next to “Go to Shippo.” This action will remove the Shippo connection from your Brandboom account.

  3. After disconnecting, the integration page should reflect the change in the Shippo integration section.

Important Notes:

  • Once Shippo is disconnected, you will no longer be able to create shipping labels on invoices using Shippo.

  • If needed, you can reconnect Shippo at any time. You have the option to either use the same Shippo account as before or connect to a different one. Please check this link.
