Troubleshoot a Missing Share Button in a Presentation

Fix a missing Share button in Brandboom presentations by disabling or whitelisting browser ad-blocking software that may be interfering with the platform.

If the Share button for your Presentations is not showing up where it normally appears, it is likely that an ad-blocking program in your web browser is interfering with the Brandboom platform.

How-to

Either disable the program in your browser or whitelist the Brandboom domain so it doesn’t continue to interfere.

At this time we are aware of this happening with:

  • Ad-Blocker / Ad-Blocker Pro
