Move Products From One Order To Another

Overview

Use this guide to transfer products and their quantities from a placed order (either Processing or Complete) to a new or existing order.

How-to

  1. The order must be placed and in "Processing" or "Complete" status.
  2. Check the box next to the Product(s) you wish to move and a green action bar will appear below the order.


  3. Click the 'Move To Order' button.
  4. Select how many units you want to move
  5. A list of the closest existing order matches based on the Buyer name will appear.
  6. Select one of these orders to move the product or click "New Order" to generate a new Open draft with the moved products.
  7. Success! You now have an open order with the moved products.
