You will need to contact Brandboom Support, review API documentation, and ensure your account is on a Business Plan to complete the setup. We recommend working with OMS/Pavo directly, as they have built this integration. Additional fees from OMS/Pavo may apply.

To set up your OMS/Pavo integration, follow these steps:

Contact support and let Brandboom Support know which platform you will be using.

Refer to the API Documentation for reference.As OMS/Pavo built this integration, we recommend working with them to set up the integration.
- If you wish to test the integration before connecting with your live account, you can request a sandbox account.
- Ensure your Brandboom Account is upgraded to a Business Plan.
- Get your API Keys from your Brandboom account or ask Customer Support for assistance.
- Set Up Showroom Connections.
