Buyers and sellers have the ability to rate the experience of their interaction with one another.
Once a buyer places an order and the seller marks it as complete, both parties are able to rate the order from 1 to 5 stars
- ★ : Terrible
- ★★: Bad
- ★★★: Just okay
- ★★★★: Could be better
- ★★★★★: Amazing
To leave a review for a buyer that has purchased from your brand:
1. Go to the orders page. Make sure the order is marked as complete.
2. You can either rate the buyer from the orders page like this
Or you can rate inside of the order form
3. Give your buyer a rating from 1 to 5 stars. Please leave feedback if necessary and hit submit.
Sellers can now see their rating here under the Home page under Review: https://manage.brandboom.com/reviews#
If you are satisfied with your reviews. You can publish them on your About the Brand page. Please go to your settings --> branding to turn this on.
They will appear in your About Us page on your buyer share links now.
