Sharing Presentation with Private Links
Overview
Who can use Private Share Links?
- Business Users (Inside and Outside team members)
- Inside team users on an account that is on a Business plan

Users with emails associated with a verified domain
After setting it up, you are ready to send Private Share Links to buyers.
How-to
- Once the above steps are complete, navigate to any of your presentations and click the "Share" button.
- Click on the "Invites" tab to view the private link you can send to your users.
- You can also enter your users' email addresses in the provided email field and click "Invite" to send them an email.
- Here's a preview of how it will show up in the buyer's email.

You can manage visitors by clicking the "Manage Visitors" button. From there, you'll see everyone with access to your private share link and can deactivate their access if you need to remove it.

FAQs
1. Can buyers unsubscribe to these private invite emails?
Yes, buyers can click on the "Unsubscribe" link on the private invite email. The unsubscribed page will be opened, showing that the user has been unsubscribed from the Brand the presentation was under. The buyer's email will be listed under the "Unsubscribed" tab on the domain-modal of your Integrations page.
2. Can buyers resubscribe to these private invite emails?
Yes, buyers can click on the "Resubscribe Now" button on the Unsubscribe page after previously unsubscribing from the private invite emails.
3. Can I view who unsubscribed from my private invite emails?
Yes. Login to your Brandboom account and go to the "Integrations" under Account Settings. Select "Domain" and click on "View Records." On the domain modal, click the "Unsubscribed" tab on the domain modal.
4. Can I remove buyer emails from the Unsubscribed list?
No. Only Brandboom Admins are able to remove the buyer emails from the Unsubscribed list.
5. Can I use @gmail.com as domain?
Unfortunately, no. You can only use custom domain emails for private invite emails. (e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com) Public domain emails like @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, and etc. cannot be used.
