Make sure Shippo is connected to your Brandboom account. If you haven't done this, follow the instructions here.
Save a new Custom Dimension template
If you are entering Custom Dimensions and want to save for future use, after finding rates, a new template will be in the dropdown list. The template will have the name L x W x H unit - weight unit
In the screenshot above, clicking "save" will result in "9 x 9 x 9 - 5 lb" drop down:
Update a custom template
Choose custom template that was saved, then check “Update dimensions for future use”, the dimensions will be updated. It will NOT create a new template
For example, on the screenshot above, updating the dimensions to L = 5cm, W = 5cm, H = 5cm, and weight = 20kg, will result in template "5 x 3 x 8 cm - 15 kg" becoming "5 x 5 x 5 cm - 20kg":
Choose a parcel template from a partnered carrier (i.e. USPS)
Choosing a Carrier parcel template has set dimensions, you should only be able to add weight. You will also not be able to save a custom template from here.
