Single Device Login Limitation
Please note that each Brandboom login can only be actively used on one device at a time. If you log in on a second device, your active session on the first device will automatically expire, and you will be logged out.
Overview
If you are being logged out of Brandboom unexpectedly, and you are sure you are not accessing the account from another device, there are a few steps you should take to resolve the issue.
Troubleshooting Frequent Logouts
If you are experiencing frequent logouts and are certain you're not logging in from another device, we recommend the following:
- Check with your teammates: Confirm that no one else is attempting to access the account while you are logged in.
- Change your password: If you suspect unauthorized access, changing your password will secure your account.

Sharing Logins
Due to this single-device limitation, we do not recommend sharing your Brandboom login credentials with other users.
Instead, we advise creating a unique login for every member of your team who requires access. If each user needs paid access, each individual login will need to be upgraded independently.
