Start Using Invoicing on Brandboom
Overview
Brandboom's Invoicing feature allows you to generate invoices from Orders, handle various payment methods, and track transactions. This feature requires either the Invoicing or Invoicing+ add-on, or a specific subscription plan.
How-To
Set up Invoicing
- Make sure your Subscription includes Invoicing or Invoicing+.
- Enable Invoicing from the Subscription page
- Set up Invoicing preferences in Account Settings
- Connect payment processing account (Stripe or Paypal)
- Generate an Invoice from an Order and send it out
Included with the StartUp and Business Plan
StartUp Subscription - Manual payment tracking, with no access to Stripe Standard and PayPal
Business Subscription - Manual payment tracking, Stripe Standard and PayPal services. Each user upgraded to the Business Plan gets this feature.
How it Works
- Collect your Order as usual in Brandboom
- Generate an Invoice from the Order (pick which styles to add and charge for)
- Send Invoice to Buyer and have them add a credit card payment
- Or manually log or process a payment on your end
