This article explains where the background image you upload in your settings will appear for your buyers.
How-to
When you upload a background image in your Order Form Settings, it will be the first thing your buyer sees when they open your presentation . The image replaces the default white background that is visible behind the email entry box. This helps you present a more polished and branded experience.
Note: If you are previewing your presentation or have set an Access Code for a presentation, you will see an "Enter Access Code" box instead of the email entry box.
