Connect Shippo to

Learn how to connect Shippo to your Brandboom seller account, confirm plan requirements, open Integration settings, start the connection flow, and sign in to or create your Shippo account.

Pre-requisites:

  • Available only for Seller accounts.

  • You must be subscribed to either the Startup or Business plan to connect to Shippo. If you’re on a free plan, you’ll need to upgrade before proceeding.


Integration Process:

  1. Navigate to Integration Settings:

    • Go to Settings and select Integration.

    • Locate the Shippo integration option on the right side of the page.

  2. Reminder:

    • Only paid accounts can be connected to Shippo. If you’re using a free plan, please upgrade to access this feature.

  3. Connect to Shippo:

    • Click on the “Connect Shippo” button. This action will open a new window to start the integration process.

  4. Sign In or Create an Account:

    • If you already have a Shippo account, sign in with your credentials.

    • If you don’t have a Shippo account, you can create one during this step.

    • Once you’re signed in or have successfully created your account, the connection will be established automatically.
