Pro Mobile App Overview

How-to

1. Log in with your regular Brandboom credentials or via “Continue with Google” or “Continue with Apple”

2. Home screen is built for efficiency. You can jump between an active sale and your client database in a single tap. The sidebar menu (3 lines on the upper right) allows for quick logging out.

3. When you create a new order, you can choose the showroom and its price list, add tags, and toggle the live inventory count on or off. When live inventory is enabled, processing units are automatically deducted from your available units.

4. To keep the app lightning-fast, products are not pre-loaded in a massive list. Simply type 5 letters of a SKU, UPC or Style Number to pull up exactly what you need. Click “Confirm Order” once you are done.

5. Brandboom Pro also supports barcode scanning. The app supports UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN13 formats, allowing you to scan physical samples and add them to a cart instantly.

6. You can enter quantities for individual sizes, or use Prepacks. When you add a quantity to a Prepack, the app intelligently “locks” the individual size to prevent ordering errors.

You can add comments and shipping instructions on the order as well.

7. The mobile app is the “front end” for your sales. Once a cart is finalized, it moves to “Closed Carts”

  • A “Closed” cart in the app is either an “Open” order or a “Processing” order.

  • Clicking “Place Order” will send this order to the Brandboom web version as a “Processing” Order.

  • Clicking “Create Open Order” will send this order to the Brandboom web version as an “Open” Order.

8. You can search your existing customer or create a brand new customer profile entirely within the app while standing right in front of them.


Mobile App Limitations

1. Ship window features are currently limited. If an order requires custom shipping windows, the app will prompt you to finalize those details on the web version.

2. You cannot import or upload new SKUs through the mobile app. All product catalog management should still be handled via the desktop dashboard.

3. You cannot currently edit orders that have been closed/completed on the app - the idea is that you use the desktop app to check, process, and complete your orders

4. An iPad-exclusive version of this app will be available in Q2 of 2026, and an Android-compatible version will be available shortly thereafter.
