Edit a Marketplace Order

Whether an item is out of stock or your buyer simply changed their mind, it's no problem! You can seamlessly edit a Marketplace order without affecting the buyer's payment.

  1. Open the Order: Navigate to the original Marketplace order (do not edit from the invoice).

  2. Accept the Order First: If the order is pending, accept it before making any edits.

  3. Make Edits on the Order Page: Even if an invoice has already been generated, you must return to the Order view to apply changes. Always edit on the order side, not the invoice side.

IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDER:

Canceling a Marketplace order to recreate a same or similar one violates Brandboom policy. Circumventing the Marketplace system is strictly prohibited, and failure to follow these guidelines may result in the temporary suspension of your account.
