Brandboom has multiple options to help our customers get fast access to technical support. Here are your options:

Our knowledge base has hundreds of articles with step-by-step guides, as well as tips and tricks, to help you navigate Brandboom. This is a comprehensive resource for all of Brandboom’s features and is available 24/7.

2) Submit a Support Request (E-Mail)

You can use this form to submit a request to our Support Team. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response however, we typically respond within a matter of hours.

3) Chat Support

When you login to Brandboom, you can click the helpful blue Chat Support button on the bottom right of your screen. Here, you will have consolidated access to search Brandboom Knowledge Base, or submit a Support Request.

(Paid Users Only): Live chat is available during business hours - Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5pm (Pacific Time). The Support Team typically takes less than 2 minutes to respond to your query.
