Set Exclusion Zones for Marketplace Orders

Set approved countries and restricted areas for Brandboom Marketplace orders so buyers in blocked locations cannot check out and can update their shipping address if needed.

Updated this week

Exclusion zones consist of countries, states, and zip codes. These zones are used to determine whether to allow or restrict buyers from a specific country/area from placing orders with you in the Marketplace.

This feature is useful for accounts/users who are limited to selling in specific geographical regions.

To set up your exclusion zones, please click on the Marketplace Icon > click on any category of Brandboom Marketplace > click “+add” under Restrict Selling Area

Buyer Side

If the buyer's shipping address is within the restricted area, a pop-up will appear when they click on “checkout.” They can choose to either continue shopping to explore other brands in the Marketplace or select “Change my Shipping Address” to update their shipping location so that they proceed with their order.
