Ship Window Rules:

1. Full Month: If a ship window exists for a full month (e.g., “Dec 2025”), the system prevents creating another window for that same month.

2. Partial Month: Multiple ship windows can exist for the same month if they are designated as specific sections, such as “Early” (1st–10th), “Mid” (11th–20th), or “Late” (21st–30th/31st)

Notes

1. If there is no inventory for a specific SKU, it will be displayed as “N/A” in the product tile and the product cannot be ordered. This differs from “Future” no inventory entered allows infinite ordering.

2. Clean Up feature will remove products from a ship window if every associated SKU has a quantity of zero.

3. Archiving Ship Windows will remove them from presentation settings and buyer options.

4. Once a Ship Window has passed, you will need to manually archive the window. Any inventory remaining for that Ship Window will need to be manually added to your At-Once inventory number.

Using Ship Windows in Presentations

Sellers can configure ship windows in the presentation settings under “Enable Ordering.” Keep in mind that choosing a custom ship window will automatically deselect Future inventory (and vice versa), but “At-Once” can be used together with either option.

Any ship windows with dates earlier than today are automatically hidden from view.
