Pricing

  • Wholesale (***) — *** = currency abbreviation (e.g. “Wholesale (USD)”). If Optional ID Code is used, add a space and the characters after (e.g. “Wholesale (USD DIS)”). Sets Wholesale Price for the specified Price List. Accepted values: price — do not include currency symbol.

Inventory

Both inventory fields share the same value behavior:

  • (number) — overwrites existing value if different, skips if same

  • (number)! — forces overwrite even when value is the same, forces inventory table update

  • (empty) — ignored by import, SKU maintains existing count

  • INF — resets inventory back to blank/infinite

  • At-Once Inventory — Header column name: Inventory Count

  • Future Inventory Count (add-on)

Add-On Fields

  • Inactive (add-on) — Set SKU to Active/Inactive. Accepted values: true, T, Yes, y / false, F, No, n

  • Sellable (add-on) — Enable/Disable selling for a SKU. Accepted values: true, T, Yes, y / false, F, No, n

  • Image URL (add-on) — Insert the URL of the image online to upload with the product. Separate multiple images with commas. The first image will be set as primary. If images already exist on the product, newly imported images are added to the end.
