Custom Options allow you to add tailored, interactive dropdown menus (like custom finishes or materials) directly to your products. By allowing you to make these selections for buyers, it eliminates back-and-forth communication, prevents ordering errors, and ensures you capture the exact specifications the buyer needs at the time of purchase.

Because Custom Options add an extra layer of detail to your products, small setup mistakes can sometimes cause unexpected hiccups with your ordering flows. To make sure everything runs perfectly and is a great fit for your business, please reach out to Support or your Account Manager. We will review and confirm your setup with you before getting the feature officially enabled!
NOTE: Custom Options are currently exclusive to users on our Business subscription plan.

How to Create Custom Options
Select a Product on the Product page.
Click on "Apply Options"
From the Custom Options Configuration panel, you can set up your customized options. If a selection is mandatory for buyers, switch the "Required" toggle to ON. Click Save when you are finished.
Here is an example:
Click "Apply" to apply that Custom Option set to your product.
You should now see that that Custom Option set has been added to your product.
