This article explains how to report a buyer on Brandboom if you encounter issues such as fraudulent activity, unresponsiveness, or other concerns. When you report a buyer, you can select a reason and provide comments for Brandboom's Support Team to review.
How-to
To report a buyer, follow these steps:
- Open the order.
- Select "More" on the upper right corner.
- Select "Report this User."
- You will have the option to select a "Reason" and enter a comment for Brandboom's Support Team to review.
Reasons for Reporting a Buyer:

- Fraudulent Orders
- Unable to Contact
