After a buyer places a purchase order you may realize there are certain options (color ways), sizes and quantities that you don’t have available to ship.
Depending on what you have available in stock, you might need to create multiple purchase orders.
1. Go to your orders page
2. Select the order you need split.
3. Highlight the styles you need to move into a new invoice. At the bottom you’ll see the option to “Move to Order.” Select this icon, then click “move products”
4. From here you can choose specific quantities for every style and color option.
*Keep in mind a prepacked product cannot be split up
5. You can either move them into a new order
Or you can move into an existing order:
Products should automatically be added into the existing order. If the style you are moving to an existing order is already in there you will get this merge prompt. Please select “Yes” to continue.
You should get a Success prompt that will give you the option to open the new order.
