Go to your Orders Page and select “Buyer Opened”.

Click on the order that you want to take over.

When you open the order, you will notice that you are not yet able to make changes. To take over the order, select “Manage Buyer Order” on the bottom right of the order page.

Place the order for the buyer. You should now be able to place the order for the buyer. The order history will show that the order was taken over by the seller.
