Both buyers and sellers can rate their experience with each other after an order is completed. This feature helps you share feedback and build a strong brand reputation. Once a seller marks an order as complete, both parties can leave a 1-to-5-star rating.
How-to
Leave a Review:
Navigate to your Orders page.
Ensure the order you want to review is marked as Complete.
You can leave a review from the Orders page or within the order form itself.
Select a rating from 1 to 5 stars. You can also add feedback if you wish to.
Click Submit to save your review.
What the ratings mean:
★ : Terrible
★★: Bad
★★★: Just okay
★★★★: Could be better
★★★★★: Amazing
How to Publish Your Reviews
If you’re satisfied with your reviews, you can choose to publish them on your About the Brand page. Go to Settings. Turn on the option to publish your reviews. Your reviews will then be visible on your buyer share links.
Sellers can now see their rating here under the Home page under Reviews.
