How-to
To pay for a user on a different Account/Team (an “Outside User”):
Go to the Subscription Page. This page is only available to Account Owners. On this page, you will see all users associated with your Account/Team, including those on different Accounts/Teams who are invited to Showrooms with you.
Toggle the user’s Paid/Free switch.
Once the switch is activated, click “Save + Pay” on the bottom right to proceed.
You may notice that the Outside User’s rate is the same rate for users inside your Account/Team. By default, Outside Users can only be added in the Startup Plan rate if they upgrade on their own.
