Free accounts in Brandboom come with a few limitations worth knowing about. Here’s a full breakdown.
Order Limit
Free users can only view and write up to 3 Orders per month. You can either wait for the month to end or upgrade to a paid subscription to access more.
Your buyers will never be locked out from viewing your presentations or placing orders. You can collect unlimited orders placed by Buyers in your Orders Page, but if you are a Free user, you won’t be able to view them all.
Email Notifications
Brandboom makes it easy to track activity in your account by sending you instant email notifications. Free users are limited to 10 per month. Even if your notifications run out, you may still have activity, but you’ll need to log in to your account to check.

Presentation viewed by Buyer
Order placed by Buyer
Order viewed by Buyer

Buyer Activity Tracking
Free accounts are not able to track buyer activity. To monitor when buyers view presentations, place orders, or interact with your showroom, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription.
