Once Brandboom and Apparel Magic are synced together, importing product information and photos from Apparel Magic is very easy.
One main note to remember is that Apparel Magic will be the source of truth for this integration, so product data, photos, and inventory will be coming from Apparel Magic. Most attribute field edits will have to be done inside Apparel Magic.
In Brandboom, go to the product import dropdown. In the product import page, there should only be one option for importing, and it will be the Apparel Magic tile.
Please choose the correct mapping from ApparelMagic fields to Brandboom fields.
Choose the season of products in Apparel Magic to import into Brandboom. Product import can also be for multiple seasons at once, so just click on “Add Another” to have multiple season come over at once.
NOTE: If the season being imported into Brandboom is for a future delivery, you will not have to switch the toggle to “Sync Inventory” because pre orders are usually for unlimited quantities.
However, when the season being imported into Brandboom is for available to sell, then the “Sync Inventory” toggle can be switched on to pull the inventory numbers from ApparelMagic.
NOTE: We support multiple currencies for ApparelMagic integration. Please contact support so we can turn it on for you. Please make sure that the custom price list is set up on ApparelMagic and on Brandboom.
