We’ve added a Commission feature to make tracking payouts simpler, more secure, and completely automated. Instead of a one-size-fits-all view, the system now uses role-based permissions, ensuring team members see only the specific information they need - protecting sensitive data while keeping things clear for Sales Reps.
We’ve also taken the guesswork out of the math: the platform now handles real-time split calculations, automatically adjusts for returns, and tracks every change in a detailed history log. From drafting reports to finalizing payouts, this update provides a reliable, easy way to manage your earnings and keep your professional partnerships running smoothly on any device.

Who can view and edit Sales Rep Commissions?
User Role | Brand Team Commissions | Agent Team (Group) | Individual Agent Splits |
Brand (Admin)
| View & Edit | View & Edit | No Access |
Brand (Non-Admin) | Read-Only (Self Only) | No Access | No Access |
Agent (Admin) | No Access | Read-Only (Team) | View & Edit (Team) |
Agent (Non-Admin) | No Access | No Access | Read-Only (Self) |
Brand (Admin) - Manages brand reps and showroom-level commissions for Agent teams but cannot see individual agent-level splits.
Agent (Admin) - Manages their specific team's internal splits. Fields are interdependent; changing one adjusts the other to maintain the total.
Non-Admins (Sales Reps) - Generally restricted to read-only access for their own commission and cannot see the "Showroom" cut or teammate data.
How Commission Settings/Rules work:
Commission percentages in Showroom Settings are automatically applied to new Orders and Invoices.
Once an invoice is created, the commission is "locked-in." If you change the team commission settings later, the existing invoice remains unchanged unless manually overridden. This keeps your past records accurate and safe.
Commission rates are kept within valid range (0% to the max allowed) to prevent errors. If the order total changes, the commission payout is recalculated automatically.
For returns, the system automatically uses the same commission rate from the original sale. This ensures the refund is always accurate, even if you've changed the team commission settings.
