Overview
The Zapier integration with Brandboom supports multi-platform integrations for automated data syncing into Brandboom. You can connect most ERPs, PLMs, or other systems you use to manage your products in minutes and allows you to map fields from your external sources directly to Brandboom. This ensures your Style Numbers, pricing, and product details stay consistent across platforms without manual data entry.
NOTE: This feature is available exclusively to sellers on the Business Plan.
How-to
Connect Your Account
Go to Account Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Zapier section to view your invite link.
Accept the invite on Zapier to load your configuration.
Generate an API Key specifically for Zapier. These keys are restricted to Zapier for your security and will not appear in your general API Integrations list.
Map Your Product Fields
Once you have received a file from Zapier, you can customize how the data appears in Brandboom.
Go to Products and select Import > Zapier Mapping from the dropdown menu.
In the mapping modal, select an approved mapping or click Next to create a new one.
On the Mapping Editor page, you will see your source fields on the left and Brandboom fields on the right.
Map your fields, ensuring you include the Style Number (required).
Click Save to name and store this template for future use.
Identify Zapier Products
To help you keep track of your data sources, any product imported via Zapier will display a Zapier icon on the Product tile.
Hovering over the icon next to the Style ID will show the tooltip: "This product was imported from Zapier".
Only BCA users can edit the SOS fields of these products.
Troubleshooting & Rules
To maintain data integrity, certain operations are restricted for Zapier-imported products.
No Duplicates/Merges/Splits: You will receive an "INVALID SELECTION" message if you attempt to duplicate, merge, or split a Zapier product.
Mapping Limits: You can map up to five price tiers.
Copilot Instructions: If you need help creating a Zap for Email, Google Drive, or Dropbox, go to Account Settings > Integrations > Zapier to generate step-by-step instructions. You can use the Copy to Clipboard icon to paste these directly into Zapier.
