How Buyers can see and apply a Promo Code

See where Buyers find your active promos on your Presentation, how they apply a promo code on the Order form, and what each promo code message means.

Promos Tab

When your Showroom has at least one active promo code, a Promos tab appears on your Presentation. It sits next to the shop tab and About The Brand.

The tab lists your Current Promotions. Each promo card shows:

  • The promo title

  • An UNTIL badge with the end date

  • Whether the code can be combined with other offers

  • The description

  • The code, with a copy button

NOTE: Scheduled, expired, and deleted promo codes are not shown. The Promos tab does not appear on Marketplace Presentations.

How-to

Apply a Promo Code (for Buyers)

  1. On the Order form, find the Add Promo Codes section below Return Policy.

  2. Type the code in the Enter code field and click Apply.

  3. The applied code appears. To remove it, click the "x" button.

The Promo Codes link in this section opens your Presentation's Promos tab in a new browser tab, so Buyers can look up your codes. Buyers can also add and remove codes until they place the Order. After that, only your team can change them.
