Promo Codes List
Open your Showroom Settings and click Promo Codes. The list shows each code's Code, Title, Type, Availability, Start Date, End Date, and Status.
Promo codes are sorted into tabs:
Active - The code can be used and is shown to Buyers.
Expired - The end date has passed or the code has been archived. Buyers can no longer see or apply it.
NOTE: If a code with a future start date is scheduled, buyers cannot see or use it until it starts. A code expires only after its end date has ended in every time zone, so it never ends early for any buyer.
Edit a Promo Code
Click the pencil icon next to the status.
Make your changes in the side panel.
Click Save Promo Code.
NOTE: Orders that already use the code keep the terms they had when the code was applied. To give an existing Order the new terms, remove the code from the Order and apply it again.
Why Can't I Edit a Promo Code?
Once an active promo code has been used on at least one order, it is locked. This keeps its terms the same as what buyers saw and applied.
A locked code shows a View (eye) icon instead of the pencil.
Opening it shows the panel titled "Promo Code", with every field disabled.
You can still Archive or Delete a locked code.
NOTE: Scheduled and expired codes can still be edited, even if an Order has used them.
Archive a Promo Code
Archiving ends a promo code right away.
Open a locked promo code by clicking the eye icon.
Click Archive.
Confirm to Archive it.
The code moves to the Expired tab, and Buyers can no longer apply it.
Delete a Promo Code
Click the bin icon next to the promo code in the list, or open the code and click Delete code.
Click Confirm.
Buyers will no longer see the promo on your Presentation.
NOTE: Archiving or deleting a code does not change the discount on Orders that already use it.
