Brandboom Support

To upgrade your Brandboom subscription, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Subscription page. Click on the “Upgrade Plan” or "Review Plan" button.

2. Choose the plan you’d like to upgrade to. Be sure to select either a Monthly, Annual, or Annual Contract but billed Monthly.

3. For Monthly Plans, you can select how many seats you want for the account, click "Next" and then "Confirm."

 4. For Annual and Annual billed Monthly Plans, you can select the number of seats for the account plus an option to add Shopify or ApparelMagic add-ons. You will then be prompted to review and sign an agreement confirming your recurring monthly payment.

5. Account has been upgraded! Please reach out to support via chat or email <a href="mailto:support@brandboom.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">support@brandboom.com</a> if you have any questions.  

- Subscription pricing varies between Monthly, Annual, and Annual Billed Monthly plans. Please review the rate details before completing your payment.
- The Shopify Premium and ApparelMagic integrations are exclusively available on Annual plans. These add-ons are not supported on Monthly plans. (Updated as of September 2026)

Upgrade your Brandboom subscription from the Subscription page by choosing a monthly or annual plan, clicking “Switch,” and completing the change with “Save and Pay.”
