Individual User Subscription Model
Brandboom's subscription model is designed for individual users, not entire organizations or teams. This allows you to efficiently manage costs by upgrading only the specific users who require access to paid features and downgrading users when they no longer need them.
Brandboom subscriptions are tied to each individual user, providing flexibility in managing access to paid features. This means:
You can upgrade only the users who need it.
You can downgrade individual users when they no longer require paid access.
A single subscription plan does not cover multiple team members or users.
Impact on Teams
If you've established a team of users on Brandboom, only the upgraded users will have access to paid features. Free users within the team will retain the limitations of a Free login.
For example, in a team of 10 users where 9 have a Business Plan and 1 has a Free Plan, only the 9 Business Plan users will have full access. The Free Plan user will have limited features.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
If you are on an annual plan and decide to cancel:
Your access will end before the next billing cycle.
Refunds are not provided for cancellations made several months into the subscription. It is recommended to review your subscription needs carefully before committing to an annual plan.
Verifying Billing and Invoices
To ensure your billing and invoices are in order:
Navigate to your Account Settings in Brandboom.
Open the Billing section.
Review your payment method and confirm that the latest invoice is marked as paid. This process helps you stay updated on your payment status and avoid any service interruptions.
