Remove a User, Suspend Access, or Downgrade Them to Free

Learn the different ways to remove or limit a user’s access in Brandboom, including downgrading to Free, removing showroom access, suspending a user, or permanently deleting the account.

There are different ways to remove or limit a user’s access to Brandboom. Consider which of the following actions you need to process:


Downgrade User to Free

  • A user downgraded to a Free plan can still log in with Free abilities and can still be invited to showrooms.

  • Please contact Support to process a downgrade.


Remove from Showroom

  • If a user is removed from a specific Showroom, they can still log in with their current Subscription level and access other spaces.

  • To remove yourself or another user from a Showroom:

    1. Open your Showroom Settings.

    2. Switch to the “Team” tab.

    3. Click the “x” to the right of the user’s row.

Suspend User

  • A suspended user cannot log in to Brandboom at all.

  • Access can be restored at a later time.

  • Please contact support for assistance.


Delete User

  • A deleted user will be completely removed from Brandboom.

  • Once deleted, a user cannot be restored.

  • Please contact support for assistance.
