Downgrade Your Account or Request Cancellation

Learn how to request a downgrade or cancellation from your Subscription page, submit feedback, and wait for a Brandboom Account Manager to complete the request.

To downgrade your account or request cancellation, follow these steps:

1. Go to your Subscription page. Click on the “Switch” button.

2. At the bottom of the page, choose the “Free” option and then click “Request Downgrade.”

3. You’ll be asked a few quick questions. Providing feedback helps us improve our services.

4. After submitting your feedback, you’ll receive a confirmation message. A Brandboom Account Manager will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete your request.
