To downgrade your account or request cancellation, follow these steps:
1. Go to your Subscription page. Click on the “Switch” button.
2. At the bottom of the page, choose the “Downgrade” option and then click “Request Downgrade" at the bottom right of the page.
3. You’ll be asked a few quick questions. Providing feedback helps us improve our services.
4. After submitting your feedback, you’ll receive a confirmation message. A Brandboom Account Manager will contact you within 24-48 hours to complete your request.
