Move Products from One Order to Another

Learn how to move selected products or units from one placed order into another order, review suggested buyer matches, or create a new open draft order for the moved items.

Updated this week

  1. The order must be placed and in “Processing” or “Complete” status.

  2. Check the box next to the product(s) you wish to move and a green action bar will appear below the order.

  3. Click the ‘Move To Order’ button.

  4. Select how many units you want to move.

  5. A list of the closest existing order matches based on the buyer name will appear.

  6. Select one of these orders to move the product or click “New Order” to generate a new open draft with the moved products.

  7. Success! You now have an open order with the moved products.
